I am a certified Reiki Master (Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Ryoho First and Second Degree -2022/Reiki Master -2023), a certified Yoga teacher (CYT200 -2010), a certified End of Life Doula (Doulagivers -2023) and a Psychic Intuitive.

I have been a seeker and drawn to the esoteric and spirituality (aka the World of Woo) my entire life but it wasn’t until 2022 that I really received my calling to be a healer and to utilize my intuitive gifts to help others in a more formal way. I have been practicing Reiki, studying and blossoming into my gifts ever since.

I have also been privileged to have mentored with psychic intuitive Nichole Bigley (A Psychic’s Story) and trained with Anna Gannon in Energy Work and Intuitive Development. These gifted and very wise women have been working in these healing arts for years and I have learned so much from them. Deep gratitude to all of my teachers and guides along the way!

My firm belief is we all have gifts – we just have to remember how to use them.

I am fortunate to have grown up in a family where we often spoke of such gifts as our ‘witch powers’. I don’t recall a time in my life where I was not aware that some of us possessed the gifts of knowing and seeing. Like many of us in this World of Woo, my gifts were first revealed to me as a child but as they were often scary to me, I learned how to shut them down. Today I recognize my childhood experiences as seeds planted for blossoming at just the right time. That time is now. My children are grown and I am now able to provide these seeds the nurturance they require

I cannot tell you about myself and my current path without sending gratitude to one of my oldest and dearest friends for inspiring me to embrace this calling. Through her own spiritual practice, I was fortunate to participate in her practice of ‘giving light’ as a recipient. I was not convinced in my first experience that this was doing anything for me but what I did feel was an overwhelming sense of love. What a beautiful, loving thing to do for another human being – focusing all of your attention and channeling the Light of Love or God to them. It was after this experience I felt an overwhelming desire to learn Reiki. I had never even experienced Reiki before! I am now a Reiki Master. I am now in awe of the power of intention, the power of energy and the power of love.

Like many energy healers and intuitives my method has evolved into something uniquely my own. I now call my energy work Love Healing.

Shining brightly with the light of love is how I describe opening to your higher self and remembering not only how to stand in your power but to heal yourself from your place of knowing. Emotional and spiritual healing leads all of us to physical healing. Nurturing and balancing the subtle energy systems in our auric field promotes emotional and spiritual healing. Being open to the guidance of your own internal wisdom and your spirit team ensures you will never be alone on your journey in this lifetime.
